- Configurable Workflow Forms with conditional logic, multi-step approvals, and self-service reporting
The platform is built on a client-per-database architecture, giving each organization a dedicated environment that can be customized at the form, workflow, and reporting level. Clients can build and schedule their own reports without vendor involvement. All data is permanently retained to support audit readiness.

Implementation requires minimal IT effort, primarily a one-time SSO setup and automated user data integration compatible with Workday and other HRIS systems. Each client is supported by a dedicated Client Success Manager.
