We perform local daily backups and remote, encrypted, weekly backups. We also run regular “Hacker attack” tests against the servers to identify and minimize risks.
Bill Harrison directs ComplianceBridge business strategy, oversees strategic marketing and product development initiatives, and consults with clients. Previously, he held executive and management positions at Tandem Computers, Compaq Computers, Blue Pumpkin Software and Pro3 Security. He has more than 30 years of experience leading software engineering and development, customer support, professional services, compliance information systems and sales engineering. Bill holds degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from UCLA and is a Certified IS Auditor.
Richard Chance serves as the company’s Chief Financial Officer responsible for all finance, accounting and administrative departments as well as involvement in setting the strategic direction of the company. Mr. Chance is a Certified Public Accountant and has worked over 20 years with companies in the software space most recently as CFO for Modern Systems Corporation (NASDAQ: MDSY). Prior to Modern Systems, Mr. Chance has worked in financial and executive management roles with independent companies his entire career, starting in public accounting with KPMG.
VP Administration & General Counsel
In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Sam Laub provides legal perspective to product development. Previously, Sam held executive positions at Vykor and Agile Software, where he was responsible for all legal matters, human resources, software operations and facilities including establishment of international locations. Sam was International General Counsel for Silicon Graphics and resided for eight years in Geneva, Switzerland doing business in 65 countries and establishing international locations. He also served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Dysan Corporation and as Department General Counsel for General Electric Company. Sam received his Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the University of Washington School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering degree with honors from Ohio State University.
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
John Custer oversees sales and marketing for ComplianceBridge and has over 30 years in enterprise software sales and systems implementation. Previously John held sales and sales management positions with IBM, Xerox, GE, auxilium, BMC and Dassault Systems. He has considerable experience in both private and public sector software system scoping, procurement and deployment. He has managed deployment of mission critical software systems in major aerospace, manufacturing and energy companies, and government agencies.
John attended Indiana State University and has a B.S. in Marketing.
Vice President of Risk Management Services
Nathan Perumal draws on his 27 years of compliance and risk management experience to define the capabilities and direction of TotalCompliance Risk, Audit and Assessment Management. He has served as Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer, Compliance Officer, Information Security Officer, and Risk Underwriter at some of the largest US healthcare-related systems including Kaiser Permanente and Homestate Companies, a Bershire Hathaway company. Perumal has worked in healthcare systems, hospitals, medical groups, Independent Practice Associations (IPA), Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) community clinics and the workers’ compensation field. He has played key roles in compliance programs for large organizations with annual revenues that exceed $150 billion. He has been a compliance officer for a $1 billion hospital and led development of the very first compliance program for a $100 million community health center.
Director of Sales and Client Services
Brady Nelson directs sales and client services activities, responsible for helping organizations understand the value that ComplianceBridge can bring to their operation as well as implementation, training and product support initiatives. Brady has more than 30 years of experience in enterprise sales, sales management, technical support and software development at large companies including GE, IBM, Dassault Systems, and Oracle, and smaller companies serving healthcare, educational, and marketing organizations. He is well versed in Business Process Improvement, Sales Enablement, Demand Generation Strategies, Content Management and Software as a Service (SaaS) technologies. Brady holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University.
