ComplianceBridge Corporation, a developer and marketer of advanced software technology. is seeking a seasoned, senior, multi-skill individual to support our Customer Success Team. This team supports our pre-sales efforts and is also primarily responsible for the post-sales deployment of our SaaS applications. This is a perfect position for someone with a teaching background, sales support, customer support and who is computer savvy but still wishes to contribute and earn with an exciting and growing enterprise.

The ideal candidate will make friends easily and be trusted by our prospects and customers. They should also possess excellent written and verbal skills and be confident in taking possession of the customer experience. We are seeking experienced self-starters who can work remotely, manage their own schedule and has a laser focus on goal achievement. We are extremely flexible regarding the work schedule for a qualified candidate.

There is no travel except in rare instances and all work will be done from a home office. The company will reimburse employee for all reasonable expenses to support a home office. We desire a person who lives in eastern time zone but central will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Support sales effort with prospect requirements definition and account sales strategy
  • Develop site implementation plans and oversee delivery
  • Manage the services delivered to customer sites by controlling schedules and activity
  • Train customers on use and application of ComplianceBridge tools
  • Provide product demonstrations
  • Own overall support relationship with assigned clients
  • Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned accounts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in customer success
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
